If you would like to participate in the Ibizan Hound Database please fill out the form below for each of your Ibizans or email the information to ibizanhounddatabase@yahoo.com and send one photo of each of your Ibizan Hound. If you are a breeder and are submitting multiple dogs email for easiest way to enter them.

If there is any information you are not sure of or is not applicable just leave the space blank.

Picture (upload picture from your computer or email one separately) When picking out a picture we would prefer the photo to be mostly of the dog, no people in it if possible. If you need help cropping a photo let us know. Two Pictures may be uploaded. If you do not have copyright to the pictures you must obtain permission from the photographer/owner of the picture before you upload it (unless it is a show picture).
